Stephanie's personality is easily characterized by her love of laughter and greeting people with a huge hug whether she is meeting them for the first time or they are long-time friends. Like most women, she embraces many areas of affection in her life.– Hers includes wife, mom, and Bella (grandmother).

She grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, and relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado following Hurricane Katrina.  After many years of leading worship ministry, she began speaking nationally and internationally which was a sweet surprise in her journey with the Lord. She began simply sharing her story with both humor and authentic vulnerability and believes that God's Word speaks into every circumstance of life.  
 

Stephanie is the Chief Executive Officer with Keller Williams Clients Choice where she leads one of Colorado's top Real Estate Market Centers.  Within Stephanie's 25+ years of leadership, she has led senior executive and executive roles within growing, relevant, multi-generational churches. Within her areas of oversight, she has led teams within worship, communications, production, guest relations, volunteers, conferences, and served as Executive Pastor of Women where she has built thriving women's ministries.   Additionally, Stephanie is a John Maxwell Team licensed coach and speaker and provides personal and executive coaching to individuals and organizations.

She is the founder of "She Leads Leadership Academy", leads a women's virtual community titled, "Loved, Seen, Treasured", and hosts a podcast series titled,  "Tough and Tender Conversations".  Her greatest joy is seeing women come to understand their value through the lens of God's limitless love and delight in who they are. Stephanie is uniquely gifted as a bold teacher of the Word of God and a dynamic coach to help empower women to step fully into their destiny,

She has written books, using her authentic yet challenging style, to encourage readers to see God's perspective on a deeper level. Her latest is Her Heart Is Torn, an honest writing on navigating grief and loss while understanding God's presence through the depths of pain.  Her first book, Unforgettable - God's Relentless Heart for HIs Daughters, shares a powerful message on daughterhood and understanding of how our position through spiritual adoption changes everything. She has written four devotional study guides titled, Unforgettable, God's Relentless Heart for His Daughters, Leadership Bootcamp, Marriage Bootcamp, and Believing Again.  Her newest release, "A Girl's Guide to Being Fabulous" offers a 30-Day study and accompanying prayer journal.  This writing speaks to the places where perfectionism and people-pleasing can exist.

Stephanie is happily married to George; Mom to Jessica (Jared), John Mark (Lisa), and James (Rebecca); Bella to Kai, Haven, Mary, Miles, and Henderson John. Additionally, their family has two Yorkies, named Cayenne and Dolce.  Her greatest joy is celebrating her family and friends while preparing large amounts of New Orleans-inspired cuisine for all to enjoy.
